Our kitchen has been busy trying to play cupid with some special aphrodisiac dishes, such as a succulent duck breast with chard plum and pak choy, lobster bisque with tortellini and tarragon cream, and a gentle sweet ending of a raspberry parfait with white chocolate bonbons and crispy white chocolate, to help set the mood for the evening to come.
