This August, Plateau Bar & Grill is teaming up with Korea Foods to launch a selection of special Korean dishes inspired by general manager, Kim Sin Tae.
Kim’s Korean dishes will be available on Plateau Bar & Grill’s menu. Dishes will include Doenjang pork skewers, Gochuchang-rubbed pork ribs and a Korean fish platter with grilled soy prawn skewers, chilli spiced rice balls, mini fishcakes, chips and kimchi mayo. The flavours nod to Kim’s hometown of Chung-Ju in Korea giving you an opportunity to experience a personal taste of Kim’s heritage within the welcoming and relaxed ambiance of his hospitality.
The Bar & Grill is open from Monday – Saturday from 12 noon -10.30pm
