Sake has been quietly creating a stir across the capital and has whipped up a full-on storm in New York, so it’s time to sit up and take a note of this growing category.
Sake is quite a mysterious drink for many of us, so why not join us on Monday 17 November at 6.30pm for our last wine tasting of the year and learn about how it is made, served and stored.
Hosted by Natsuki Kikuya, founder of the Museum of Sake you be given the chance to taste 5 different sakes from three breweries which have never been sold outside of Japan – Akita Shuri Seizoh Co. , Nizawa Sake Brewing Co. and Tenzan Sake Brewery Co. Each Sake will be paired with specially selected canapés to complement the flavour.
Places are limited, therefore advance booking is recommended. Tickets are priced at £25 per person.
