To celebrate this wonderful little morsel we’ll be creating a mushroom tasting menu, available throughout September. Guinea fowl, foie gras, ham hock terrine, pickles, sourdough. Followed by a glorious main of fillet of Hereford beef, pearl barley, baby chard, beef tea. Finish with our chef’s beautiful pudding creation; The Toad Stall.
