Master the art of the perfect Beef Wellington and seriously impress your significant other this Valentine’s Day. Join us on Saturday 9th February for a ‘cook to impress’ masterclass with Head Chef, Frederick Forster.

Kicking off with coffee, guests will be given an apron to use for the day, before taking to their ‘station’ in the kitchen. Frederick will guide participants through the process of making the ultimate dinner party favourite, the beef wellington.  Finish up the class by enjoying the fruits of your labour with Beef Wellington for lunch, and some to take home too.

The masterclass is priced at £40 per person and will start at 11am followed by lunch.
