Head Chef Allan Pickett places seasonality at the core of his cooking, giving a light and contemporary touch to classic French dishes.

The mouth-watering menu in the Restaurant includes favourites such as roast fillet of Red Poll beef, sauté of Scottish girolle mushrooms, confit garlic , Burgundy wine sauce.

In the Grill, popular dishes making a regular appearance include 320g Black Angus rib eye (on the bone) and Billingsgate fish pie.
